TezWealth – Delete Your Account
This page provides instructions on how to permanently delete your Tez Wealth AI account and all associated data from our platform.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your TezWealth account and all associated data:
- Open the TezWealth app and log in.
- Go to Settings > Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
- You may be asked to confirm your password and verify via email.
What happens when you delete your account?
When you delete your TezWealth account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- All transaction data and financial records you've entered
- All linked bank accounts and financial institution connections
- Your investment portfolio data and holdings
- All custom settings and preferences
- Any saved reports or analysis you've generated
Data Retention
While most of your data is permanently deleted, some information may be retained for legal, security, or regulatory compliance reasons:
- Transaction logs and audit trails may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Account deletion records and verification data may be kept for up to 30 days for security purposes
- Anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained indefinitely
All retained data is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
